    Program Summary: The Town of Irondequoit has been and currently is an active member in the Stormwater Coalition of Monroe County (https://www.stormwatercoalition.com/) Attached is a screenshot from the website that shows the Town of Irondequoit as an active member. Established in 2000, the Monroe County Stormwater Coalition is composed of 29 municipal members. The Coalition meets monthly and leadership is provided by a Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Executive Committee. Staff from the Monroe County Department of Environmental Services coordinate and support Coalition programs. The work of the Coalition is advanced by several task groups including Education, Construction, and Illicit Discharges/Pollution Prevention. The Coalition implements a wide range of projects and programs including public education, training for municipal employees and the land development community, demonstrations of practices that reduce polluted runoff from developed land, technical assistance with permits and erosion control, investigations of stormwater outfalls for indicators of illegal discharges, assessments of municipal facilities for opportunities to prevent pollution. The Coalition has developed partnerships with several organizations in order to utilize existing expertise and maximize its efforts. Partners include the Monroe County Soil & Water Conservation District, the Water Education Collaborative (WEC), Rochester Museum & Science Center, and Seneca Park Zoo.

    Program Summary: In November of 2022, the Town of Irondequoit worked with a consultant to conduct an energy audit for 97% of the buildings that the Town owns. The report with an overview of all of the recommended improvements is attached (Irondequoit_EnergyAudit.pdf) Also attached is an excel document listing each town owned building with its coinciding sq. footage and a calculation of how many of these buildings were included in the energy audit.     Program Summary: Attached is an installation agreement (Install agree- Solar Photovoltaic system- PSB & New DPW) between the Town of Irondequoit and GreenSpark Solar via a NYSERDA contract for a Solar PV Systems installation from 2018. The document includes the name of the buildings included and the projected kW each roof-mounted Solar PV system was contracted to implement (pg. 13). In addition, there is a Request for Proposal for the Town seeking two mounted solar photovoltaic systems (RFP Solar Panels- DPW) and meeting minutes adopting a resolution to authorize the town supervisor to enter into a contract for solar panel installation for the public safety and public works building (Solar panel reso new DPW facility) A copy of a press release announcing solar panels on the Public Safety Building and a press release announcing the new DPW facility with solar panels on top.     Program Summary: Effective immediately, the Town of Irondequoit implemented a Complete Streets Policy outlining how the Town will develop and maintain safe, reliable, efficient multimodal transportation facilities - incorporating safety, livability and a place for all users of shared roadway.     Program Summary: The Town of Irondequoit's Special Event Coordinator is responsible for organizing the Town's Farmers' Market nights. The Farmers' Market is held every Thursday from end of May through October. Attached are documents and flyers that go on the Town's website and Facebook page. From Town Website - Market Days from May - October (21 days in total) PDFs of flyers for markets in 2021 and 2022 Farmers Markets are held on Town Hall Campus (Town Hall property) and is run by Town staff.

    Program Summary: Attached is a community engagement plan for the Town of Irondequoit's Climate Smart Communities Taskforce aka the Town of Irondequoit's Conservation Board. The CSC Taskforce (Conservation Board) works closely with the library, the nature center, the farmers market, and other partners to see out the goals and scope of climate mitigation and adaptation education and engagement.
